Thank you for your interest in our services. We would be happy to let you know how we can help. First, let me say that you, the owner, can be as involved or uninvolved as you’d like to be. We have several owners who live out of state and some that live right next door to their rentals. The thing they have in common is that they want to make the money that a rental property can produce but not deal with the day-to-day headaches that come with having tenants – like phone calls at 3am! That’s where we come in.
What We Do
We help find the tenant – We advertise in all the free ways that are possible: a sign in the yard, Craigslist, Facebook, our website, and listings available for pickup. We show units either by appointment or through a key system at our rental office. We take and clear all applications. We do leases and collect rent. We handle all the phone calls and notices that need to go out. We keep financial records and make monthly deposits. Basically, we make owning a rental property as easy as possible for you!
What We Get Paid
We do not get paid if the unit is sitting empty or if we have a tenant not paying. But, during this time, we are still advertising and trying to get things rented, as well as working with the tenant to pay rent or start the eviction process. It is in both of our best interest to have good paying tenants in your units. If you don’t get paid, then we don’t get paid either! See below for pricing.
